How the SnoopTool Store works

Payment first, email second, file in your inbox. Here is exactly what happens and what you are entitled to.

Buying takes two taps

Press Buy now and the payment sheet opens straight away — no form, no account, no address fields. Once the payment clears, the next screen asks for one thing: the email address to send the file to.

We do it in that order on purpose. Typing an email before you have decided to buy is the slowest part of most checkouts, and it is where most people leave.

Delivery time

For instant items the download appears on your order page immediately and the email goes out within seconds. A few items are prepared by hand — those pages say so before you pay, and they arrive the same day.

Your order reference

Every order gets a reference like ST-K7RM4Q. It is printed on the confirmation screen and in every email. Open snooptool.com/shop/order/YOUR-REF at any time to see the order and re-send the file.

Re-downloading

Download links stay live for 30 days and allow up to 25 downloads. After that, email us with your reference and we will issue a fresh link — we keep the record, so there is no charge for this.

What we do with your email

It is used to deliver your order. If you leave the newsletter box ticked we may also email you when new packs land — only ever to people who have bought something, only a few times a year, with one-click unsubscribe. We do not sell or share the list.

Payment security

Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never touch our servers. We store the payment reference, the amount, and your email — nothing else.
