Instantly find your public IP address, country, and device details
When you visit any website, your device sends a request through your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This request includes your public IP address, which is assigned by your ISP. Our tool reads this IP address from the server request headers and displays it to you instantly.
Your IP address can reveal your approximate geographic location (country and city), your ISP, and whether you are using IPv4 or IPv6. It does not reveal your exact street address, name, or personal information.
IPv4 addresses look like 192.168.1.1 and are the most common format. IPv6 addresses are longer (like 2001:db8::1) and were created to provide more unique addresses as IPv4 addresses run out.
