About SnoopTool
What this site is, who runs it, how the tools handle your data, and how the numbers on the answer pages are produced.
SnoopTool is a free online tools website published by ZoopCoder, an Indian software development company. It hosts 164 browser-based tools — calculators, unit converters, image and PDF utilities, generators and developer tools — along with 32 guides and 16 worked answer pages. Everything is free, nothing requires an account, and there are no advertising networks and no third-party analytics anywhere on the site.

Almost every tool on SnoopTool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. When you compress an image, merge PDFs, format JSON or decode a JWT, the file never leaves your device — there is no upload step, no server-side processing queue, and nothing for us to store or leak. You can verify this yourself: open your browser's network tab while using any file tool and you will see no request carrying your file.
The calculators are the same: the arithmetic runs locally, so they work offline once the page has loaded.

How the numbers are produced
Every figure on an answer page is computed from the formula printed on that page, not typed in by hand, and each page states its assumptions — the interest rate, the tenure, the tax year — directly under the answer. Income tax pages use the slab rates in force for FY 2026-27. When a rate is an assumption rather than a fixed fact, such as the 12% used for equity SIP projections, the page says so.

Who publishes it
SnoopTool is built and maintained by ZoopCoder, a software development company that builds websites, web applications and mobile apps. The tools here started as internal utilities and were published because they were useful.
