Update instructions for v0.91:

In this version, I have fixed:
- “Multiple commands” error which was caused by duplicate plist files.
- Fixed a crash upon tapping the purchase in-app button. by overriding the app delegate init, please don’t put any of your code there.

I have added:
- Ability to use your own email for bug report and feedbacks.
- Ability to change the text added to the translation every time.
